  ST. LAWRENCE SUMMER FESTIVAL

July 9th, 10th & 11th on the grounds of St. Lawrence Church in Price Hill.

Plans are underway for this year's festival.  Several booths rely on the generosity of our families and parishioners to aid in their success.  Teachers will be working the Variety Pull Down booth and are in need of prizes such as new craft items, afghans, toys, stuffed animals, figurines, and other miscellaneous knick knacks.  The Basket Booth is also looking for donations for their miscellaneous theme baskets.  items, gift certificates, or monetary gifts for all booths may be dropped off at the Rectory.  You may also call the school office at 921-0328 to make arrangements for pickup.  Your generosity is always greatly appreciated and we thank you for your help.  Volunteers are needed to make the festival successful; if you would like to help please call Theresa Murphy at 921-0266 or email "festival@stlawrenceparish.org".

We have a variety of booths including:  Cake, Fruit, Snacks, Meat Certificates, Flowers, Crafts, Dime Envelopes, Gold Fish, Big Six, Quick Ten, Baseball, Instants, Pic-n-Win, $25 for $1, Case Beer, Jumbo Poker, Split-the-Pot, Themed Baskets, Major Award & of course our air conditioned poker room.

Again, we will be serving some tasty treats for every sweet tooth:  Cotton Candy, Snow Cones, Popcorn, Waffle Cakes, Pizza and our Food Booth that includes a variety of food for you to enjoy. 

Along with the variety of booths & food we have cold beer and for those non-beer drinkers we have ice cold Pepsi products for you to enjoy.

July 9th 6:00 - 11:00 pm
July 10th 5:00 - 11:00 pm
July 11th 5:00 - 10:00 pm

 

There will be free parking at North Cliff Consultants (3474 Warsaw Ave., across from McDonalds) with a Cincinnati Police Officer on duty during festival hours.

 

Bring the family & share the moment with the good folks from the “HILL.”

Variety Pull-Down Booth.  We welcome all craft items, afghans, plush animals, toys, figurines, and household items, etc.  This was a very successful booth last summer and your generous donations greatly benefit St. Lawrence. Items can be dropped off at the rectory or call 921-0328 to make arrangements for pick-ups.

 

A Tisket a Tasket, the Festival needs your Basket! The 5th annual Basket Bonanza Booth is accepting donations of theme baskets, or items, which may be put together to make a theme basket for the summer festival.  This booth has been very successful in the past and with your help we hope to carry on that tradition.  If you would like to donate any items, gift certificates or monetary gifts, please bring them to the Rectory.  Thank you for your generosity!

 

Major Award Tickets:  The first Early Bird Drawing is Mother’s Day.  If you have not received any tickets by May 1st, please let us know. Remember, tickets may be returned at any time. You may mail them back, drop them in the collection basket or deliver them in person to the rectory. Tickets are $1.00 each or six for $5.00.  If you have any questions please contact Major Award Chairpersons: Anne Feldman at 921-3609 or
